Important terms to understand.

Missed payments

Missed payment deadlines may incur a penalty of 1% of the outstanding balance per month. Three consecutive missed payments may result in unit reallocation subject to agreement terms.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation within 14 days of signing: full refund of booking fee. After 14 days: booking fee retained. After construction commencement: refer to your subscription agreement.

Payment currency

All payments are made in USD. Accepted methods: wire transfer, BTC, ETH, USDT, XRP. Exchange rates for crypto are locked at time of transaction confirmation.

Instalment plans are subject to individual property terms and availability. Not all properties qualify for all payment structures. Capitovera reserves the right to modify payment plan availability. All terms are confirmed in your subscription agreement.
