How we began

Built from a simple frustration.

Capitovera was founded in Toronto in 2022 by a team of investment bankers, property developers, and technologists who shared one frustration: the world's best real estate was inaccessible to most of the world's capital.

A qualified investor in Manila or Santiago faced the same barriers as anyone else - minimum investments of hundreds of thousands of dollars, opaque structures, and zero visibility into how their money was working. We decided to change that.

Three years later, Capitovera manages $2.4 billion across 14 countries, serves 8,200 investors, and maintains a 98% client retention rate. The frustration that started us is now the standard we hold ourselves to.
